1.1How do I know whether my Farfalla watch is authentic?

To ensure that the Farfalla watch is genuine, you must purchase it directly from our website or from Farfalla's authorized retailer.

If you buy from an unauthorized retailer, such as (but not limited to) Amazon, eBay, and/or Groupon, there is a risk of receiving a counterfeit, used, or defective watch.

Farfalla is not liable for any warranty claims for watches purchased from unauthorized retailers.

1.2Can I clean the wristband of the watch?

Leather wristbands - we do not recommend washing leather wristbands. The leather dries out when wet and can cause damage to the wrist. But local watchmakers or watch retailers may have cleaning products specifically designed for leather.

NATO wristband - be sure to remove the surface from the wristband. Gently wipe the band with warm water and soap. Lay the strap flat on the towel to dry.

1.3What is the leather strap made of?

Bristol, Reading, Sheffield, St Mawes and York watch wristbands are made from authentic Italian calfskin. The Durham wristband is made from authentic American leather. Leather is an organic material, and all wristbands have different textures and textures. In high quality leather, tone changes with daily use and over time, which is a natural process.

Our NATO wristbands are made of nylon.

1.5Is my watch waterproof?

The waterproof property of the Farfalla watch is 3ATM. We recommend that you avoid any contact with water. Avoid wearing a watch in the shower, bath, swimming, diving, or any activity that has direct contact with water. Please note that water damage is not covered under the 24-month warranty.

1.7What is a watch made of?

The silver watch is made of stainless steel (316L). The rose gold watch has a stainless steel core (316L) and two plating layers. The base coating is 0.8 micron titanium nitride (a yellow base metal) and the surface coating is 0.1 micron rose gold (made with 85 percent of 23 carats of gold and 15 percent of copper). The glass of the watch is made of hardened mineral glass. It can prevent normal wear and tear, but it should be used with care. Please note that quartz crystal/glass is not covered under the 24-month warranty.

2.Warranty and maintenance

2.1What is not included in the warranty?

Farfalla's warranty does not cover: Defects and damage caused by loss, theft, fire, flood or natural disaster

Failure and damage caused by improper use, negligence (impact, dent, crushing, quartz crystal/glass, etc.), or by accident Failure or damage caused by unreasonable repairs or modifications Appearance changes, defects and damage caused by normal wear and aging (e.g. slight scratches of the case and/or quartz crystal, misalignment of the strap and peeling of the coating, etc.) Battery, band, crown, quartz crystal/glass The serial number of the watch is missing or erased, altered, forged, replaced, damaged, or unrecognizable. If the watch is purchased from an e-commerce platform, such as ebay and Groupon, or from an unauthorized third-party supplier to Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a fake, used or defective watch. Farfalla will not accept any warranty claims if the original documents are not provided.

2.2How long is the warranty? What does it include?

Our watches are carefully crafted to Farfalla's high quality standards. Nevertheless, your watch still enjoys our limited warranty for manufacturing defects, including watch movement, dial, dial and pointer. The warranty period for the Farfalla watch is 24 (24) months from the date of purchase. There will be a service charge for any repairs once the warranty expires. Other parts not listed above are not covered under this warranty. If the product is returned under warranty, Farfalla will repair or replace any defective watch or watch parts within a reasonable period after the return of the watch, at no additional cost. However, the customer may have to pay for the delivery of the product. Farfalla does not accept any warranty claims that are not provided from the original sales documents of the Farfalla authorized retailer. If the watch is purchased from an unauthorized retailer such as Amazon, eBay or Groupon, there is a risk of buying fake or second-hand products. Farfalla does not accept any warranty claims for watches purchased from unauthorized retailers.

2.3How long does my watch battery last?

Our watch's battery is expected to last for 2 to 4 years, depending on (but not limited to) the following external factors: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

2.4What kind of battery does your watch use?

All of our watches come with standard silver oxide button batteries, available at most watch stores and/or jewelry stores.

2.5My watch has stopped. What should I do?

Please set the time to 12 o 'clock and check whether the crown is fully pushed into the case. Wait 15 minutes for the needle to move. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
